Division Road is a high-touch luxury heritage menswear retailer, the kind of store where the in-person standard is exacting, and the web experience is expected to match. Their existing site had fallen behind on speed and Google rankings, with a theme at end-of-life and no upgrade path. We rebuilt Division Road on a custom foundation tuned to a strict performance budget, and redesigned merchandising around lifting average order value: custom promotional cart logic, "Worn With" pairings, detailed measurements, and event / appointment booking. Every adjusted detail had to feel native to their existing design system with nothing bolted on, nothing off-key. Site speed tripled, on-site search conversion rose 189%, and visitors grew 69%.

Ya Tseen is a Sub Pop-signed artist shipping music, merch, and a touring schedule that doesn't wait. No existing web identity and a release date coming up fast. We designed the storefront identity end-to-end, shipped a Shopify store in days to meet the drop, then rebuilt it on our own theme framework for an app-like feel with seamless page transitions, persistent cart, and a live tour feed pulled directly from their touring calendar. Point-of-sale configured for merch tables on the road. A storefront that feels as considered as the music, ready for each release and tour without a rebuild.

Rum Gold is an R&B artist with a specific creative vision for his product pages: immersive, cinematic, not something a Squarespace template could carry. He also needed point-of-sale for shows. We moved Rum Gold to Shopify and built a custom product page around an animated clothesline scene with drifting clouds, shooting green-screen videos and studio photography to fill it. We then ran an international strategy analysis: customer service load, tariffs, duties and taxes, shipping and remittance obligations, concluding international doesn't yet pencil in at his scale.

In build Cup4Cup is Thomas Keller's gluten-free flour brand, with recipes from The French Laundry and a reputation to match. Running on WordPress with no direct ownership of the commerce experience. We're their remote Shopify operations lead through the migration, handling admin, users, integrations, checkout, and a volume based shipping strategy. Shop functionality is embedded into the current WordPress site so sales never pause, while a bespoke Shopify theme is built alongside.

A logistics infrastructure project with requirements Loop's offerings couldn't meet: the client needed their negotiated UPS rates and accurate per-return declared values on every return label. We built a secure service sitting between Loop and UPS that generates labels with the precise declared value for each return. Encrypted end to end, no customer data retained, labels expire automatically at 90 days.
